There is nothing else to say when you know the elevated standard of the MO. Each detail is taken care of, just as an example I left my glasses on the table in the room and when back I have found them cleaned and on a MO branded cloth for polishing them. It's a small gesture but it tells everything about how great this hotel is. The room was just as big as an apartment, equipped with everything you need and you can think of. Kevin at the reception made sure we had our best experience granting us with a late check out at 15:00.
The location is convenient, located at around 30 mins walk to the city center and only 8-10 mins taxi to the area of the casinos. Breakfast is amazing, everything is fresh and cooked in front of you with a great variety between sweet and savory. A stay to remember!

Jason at Reception arranged a free upgrade to a Premium Suite and we checked in early as the Suite was ready . Jason from Reception was also extremely helpful, and caring. And we also had a fruit basket and a Snack box for our Welcome gift from Manager Dean Wan.
The hotel location was great close to Fisherman's Wharf and the Ferry Terminal. Also there were free shuttle buses to Cotai Strip and to the Border to Zhuhai.
Chris from Concierge was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us plan our daily trips around Macau.

Great customer service, traveled here through on my trip to China. Macau in itself is not super touristy, but I did visit Pena Hill and explored. Gym was great and staff was super helpful.

Room is clean and suitable for a couple stay. Location is very convenience and near by Sedano Square by walking distance.
I took the MT 1 Local bus from airport and drop off Lisboa Hotel and walk about 300 Metre to hotel (less than 10 minute walk). I can walk from hotel to Cafe E Nata famous Egg Tart and to Chan Kong Kei (Black pepper roaste duck and goose.)

Really nice hotel in the center of Macau, it's about a 10 minute walk from Senado square. The room was spacious and super clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Would gladly stay here again next time I am in Macau.
