The location is perfect, and both the room and breakfast were excellent. Due to work commitments I couldn’t make use of the gym this time, but I’ve been there before and it is well equipped. There is also a place called Popurrí where the food is very good and the atmosphere is perfect.

I had a very nice time staying here five nights with Theresa and her daughter. Theresa is a fun, happy, and welcoming host and I enjoyed the many conversations we had while I tried to practice my Spanish. Her daughter speaks very good English and helped us to translate some of our conversations. The apartment is very quiet especially at night which I always appreciate since I am somewhat of a light sleeper and I slept really well here. The location of the building is in a very nice part of Lima with some beautiful parks nearby along with many nice cafes and restaurants. If I return to Lima I would happily stay in Theresa's apartment again.

Despite having had some terrible experiene a few years back, we dedided to go back and I am glad to say we noticed marked improvement in everything, as it used to be just before the pandemia.
The staff were very helpful, breakfast was excellent, room was spotlessly clean. Actually, we had dinner at the hotel on two occasions and I highly recommend their grilled octopus - out of this world!
Congratulations to the management for having brought in a very capable head of reservations and many thanks to all the staff from the cleaning ladies, to front desk personnel and all the restaurant staff for making this a very pleasant stay.

The staff was excellent and accommodated my abnormal check and and check out hours. I also arrived and the breakfast service was closed, but when they found out I hadn’t eaten they prepared me a fantastic breakfast.
