In our opinion, this is the best place to stay in in Mactan Newtown. We have other condos in the same area and this one is the best. There were no issues with anything. High-speed Internet always worked and the owner was quick to respond. It’s located almost directly across from 711 which was convenient and a shorter walk to the private beach area.

It looks exactly like it does in the pictures. There are a few places to eat at and Robinsons Easy Mart (grocery store) is right next door to this tower. The infinity pool is a dream come true and has a separate pool for kids with a playground too. Bring your own beach towels because they do not provide them. Don’t use your bath towels. We just let the sun dry us off. We followed a lot of people walking in the direction of the ocean and found a hidden secret that wasn’t mentioned. A private beach for condo owners but that you, as a guest, can also access too. You’ll have to pay a small daily fee but it’s worth it. You’ll have access to a swim up bar in the heated Infinity pool as well as water activities and private beach area with delicious foods.
