The staff was extremely kind, polite, and helpful. Very friendly with my daughter which was so sweet. It was very clean and comfortable. As an American it had all the facilities I could ask for. I think any visiting foreigners would be super happy here. I hope I can stay again inshaAllah.

This was my third stay at Islamabad Regalia Hotel, and it truly feels like a home away from home. The best asset of this hotel is its staff. They are incredibly helpful and always willing to assist with a smile, which makes a huge difference. I especially want to thank Farid at the front desk, who kindly upgraded my room complimentary. His professionalism, kindness, and support meant a lot, and he helped me with everything I needed throughout my stay. A very special mention to Hamid at the breakfast buffet. He always greets you warmly, asks how your stay is going, and makes sure you’re comfortable. You don’t even have to ask for anything, he notices on his own and offers help, asking if you need this or would like that. His attentiveness and genuine care truly stand out. They were also kind enough to allow me a late check-out due to the foggy motorway situation, which I truly appreciated. I always enjoy staying here and would absolutely love to come back again very soon. Without a doubt, I’ll be choosing Islamabad Regalia Hotel every time.

Had a great stay at the Downtown Apartment in Elysium Tower. The place was super clean, with squeaky clean washrooms and a massive 65” TV. Everything was easily accessible and nearby. Smooth check-in and great location. Highly recommend!
