ICON Duplo Ribeira Hotel was a wonderful surprise. The location is ideal, right in the historic center and steps from the Douro. The room had a beautiful view, which made the stay even more special. Breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and much better than the usual hotel standard. The whole place has a distinctive fragrance that you notice as soon as you walk in, adding to the experience. Staff were warm and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere felt both stylish and comfortable. Highly recommend if you want to enjoy Porto with charm and detail.

The location is superb. In the heart of the Ribeira district, about 100m from the Douro at the Cais da Ribeira. Just 20m from the cube! Looking out of the apartment you can see the Douro at the end of the street! Apartment was a good size, with lots of space to spread out. It was also spotlessly clean. Although in a very popular area, there was relatively little noise at night (in May) and the double glazing dealt well with any noise there was. With the windows open at night, traffic could be heard exiting the tunnel on Rua da Ribeira Negra on the cobbles.
