The location was convenient. The staff was friendly, professional and very welcoming. Loved the room they gave me. It has a very nice gym, great equipment, very clean. I truly had the most wonderful stay—what a beautiful surprise to be remembered on my birthday without even mentioning it! It made me feel seen and deeply appreciated. The artwork throughout the property was captivating and added so much character to the space, and the decor struck the perfect balance between elegance and festivity. After a long, sleepless flight, walking into my room felt like a warm embrace—so thoughtfully prepared and incredibly comfortable.
Every member of the team—from the front desk (day and night), to security, Olive Oil restaurant staff, housekeeping, and guest services—was genuinely kind, professional, and eager to help at every turn. It felt like everyone I encountered truly cared about my experience.
The location couldn’t have been more ideal—steps away from everything, especially The Mall. This stay will definitely be a cherished memory. Thank you for making it so special.
