Everything! We stayed in the Gold Room after arriving very early in the morning. We had very clear instructions on how to gain access to the property & where the room was. After enduring a near 24 hour day, to find the room was a complete joy. The bed was more comfortable than our own & we slept like babies. This property is immaculate, close to the Piata Mare but very quiet. The garden is charming and the hosts were so, so friendly & helpful. Our only wish was to have stayed longer, but we are very much looking forward to returning at the end of our holiday for our last night before we fly home. Thank you so much for having us, with love from Ellie & Daniel

Very clean and comfortable, very supportive personnel, nice breakfast.
Parking is in the street, however we received offer for support if we had issues with it (arrived on Sunday so we did not have issue with parking).
If you choose to eat at La Cuptor (a nearby restaurant which we recommend), mention it at the reception.

We had a great stay here. The apartment was very comfortable in an interesting building with great facilities. The hosts and staff were super friendly and we were offered a couple of complimentary glasses of wine on arrival. There is a nice restaurant on the site and the included breakfast was great. Highly recommended as a base to visit the beautiful town of Sibiu.

The host is super nice, he showed us around the house when we arrived and explained everything, really helpful. The room is lovely, located at a quiet and super cute place in the city centre, with a black kitty downstair. The neighbours are lovely as well, they say hi to us and super friendly.
The house is very clean, and has all the facilities we need, even the coffee is good from the coffee machine. We both have work to do during the trip, the table is big enough for us and the coffee really saved us by providing early morning caffeine xD. I finished my essay here and attended an important interview, the WiFi worked so well, and environment was really quiet and peaceful. Thx
Btw, the bed is huge and I love showering there, comfy as home. Will definitely come back again!

I love this hotel. I have a back injury, and the bed will make or break a trip. I worry about it when I travel. After arriving and visiting my room, I was very concerned that the bed was too hard. I reported this to the front desk, who called Alessandro. He immediately went out and bought a high quality mattress topper and brought it to the room.
The location couldn't be better. The hotel faces the piata. There are many restaurants and bars nearby. The Starbucks is next door. I adore the Romanian hospitality and will certainly stay here again when I return to Sibiu.

Great location (15 minutes walking from the train station) right in the city centre. The staff was super friendly and the room was spacious and very comfortable. I don’t remember the last time I slept this well :)

The location is in the heart of the city. It is nice and clean and the hosts are wonderful. If you go with car there are plenty of parking spaces near the hotel.
