Attitude of hotel personnel is impeccable. Nothing it too much to ask for. Always smiling, very attentive to guests - the ladies from Lounge represent Serbian hospitality at it's best! Location of the hotel, the lounge view, top class facilities - these create a very unique experience. Special praise goes to Metropolitan restaurant, which converts into a true gourmet place in the evening. Amazing, when you really feel as a long waited and cherished guest, while actually being on a trip in a foreign country.

Everything, the customer service at the check in desk was professional, kind and courteous. The rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. I'll be staying there again. We had the room with two beds and a sofa.

I liked the complete offer of the room with modern and practical furniture. The apartment is clean and very well decorated with a good choice of the needed pieces of furniture and contained all needed. It has a great location, and it is easy to find (next to Arena) with a visible entrance from the main street. Has a great surrounding, near by parking (blue and green zone), I also liked that the host was very supportive with prompt answers on our questions. I had an opportunity to meet the cleaning lady she was very nice.

Arena Lux is located in Novi Beograd, just 2.6 miles from Belgrade Train Station and 2.7 miles from Belgrade Fair. With garden views, this accommodation provides a terrace.

If you're looking for the right definition of "warm and cozy" place - this is it :) The location itself is the biggest asset of the place since is is very close to "Arena", easily assessable as it's right next to the highway, and from there a good starting point for the whole city. The neighborhood is lovely, parks, lots of cafés, restaurants and bakeries near by within a walking distance. Also close to malls such as Delta City, Mercator and Usce. Decatlhon as well. Lots of parking spots around the building. The place itself is a newly renovated apartment with a homemade touch by the owner Danka, who made this place to offer the coziness you need for a perfect stay. It has all the necessary amenities for either a short or a longer stay (the pictures speak for themselves, no need for further explanation). Danka is an exceptional host, we really love her energy and enjoyed our conversation with her. Unfortunately, we stayed only for one night during our stay, but we know we surely come back for our next stay in Belgrade :)
