The location and the room are wonderful. The robots were cool and the check in was great. they allowed us to check in earlier by paying a little bit extra. the room was small but smart, they had an inclining bed and the bathroom was cool. I highly recommend this for a short layover

It's really one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. Room service is superlative, beds are among the most comfortable I've ever experienced, bathrooms to envy - GHS is the best - don't even get me started on the minibar

everthing from check in to check out was amazing, bed very comfy, service was on point the whole time, staff very helpful and did their best to make our stay memorable

Best location for shopping in Orchard road

Very good location of this hotel, close to the shopping Orchard Road, many shops around. Although the hotel it is an old one, they keep it constantly renovated and indeed quite modern inside. The staff was really nice as they prepared one of the rooms with birthday decorations and cake for my friend.

Stayed at York Hotel due to its strategic location and it has been a family hotel for many years, that is so comfortable and quiet location but within walking distance to almost popular shopping malls. Will definitely return.

Location was good n shopping is near

Check in, we were offered a complimentary ice cream which was amazing. There's fresh ground coffee, tea, and canned drinks as well as sparkling water available throughout the day at the lobby, toegether with snacks. There was also a Nespresso machine in the room, and we had a great welcome basket. The wifi was decent, and the bed was sure comfortable with a great view of the backside of orchard road. We had both a shower and a bath which was great.

Location...is good, a lot of things are nearby...abundance of food stalls,restaurants,supermarket and even the transportations is nearby.. Room...is always clean..cleaning personnel would always come to keep the room clean and tidy.. Breakfast...no comment..( I eat simple..)

Very accommodating staff and calm environment

Great location, few minutes walking to bus station, to MRT station (Stevens). This is a very ecofriendly hotel where you can refill your bottles instead of buying plastic bottles. They also don’t use plastic bag in the trash bin but empty them daily. On the ground floor, there is also a convenient store where you can buy snack, noodles, drinks or any essentials. Their staffs are incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel!
