I only stayed for one night, but I absolutely loved it! The location is perfect, and the hotel has such a beautiful vintage charm in its decoration. I really wish I had more time to enjoy it fully. The staff were very nice and helpful. There’s also a restaurant at the entrance where they play live music, it was a bit lively at night, but I personally loved the atmosphere and the music, so it didn’t bother me at all. Overall, a short but wonderful experience. I’d love to come back and stay longer next time!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hanole Macron Guest House. The location is so easy for wandering around Ayvalik without a car. The breakfasts were delicious! This was our first Turkish breakfast experience, and it wasn't until we had traveled around Turkiye and experienced breakfast at other guest houses that we realized how delicious our first was at Hanole Macron Guest House! The ingredients are fresh and the food varied! Other places after that just didn't measure up. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was always very responsive, before and during our stay. We appreciated the communication and tips. We felt very welcome, comfortable, and cared for here! We would recommend this guest house when staying in Ayvalik!

We felt genuinly welcomed by our hosts and had a very relaxed and pleasent stay in this place. It was spotless clean and the beds extremely comfortable (this coming from a bunch of people who have bad backs and are picky about where they lay and sleep). A mere 10 min walk from the old city center, with free parking available right in front - I found this to be a great advantage for Ayvalik, if you don't want to get stuck in traffic or simply avoid driving the narrow streets.

The room was very clean with a beautiful view over Ayvalık, and the view gets even more beautiful from upstairs, where breakfast is given, but at any time of the day you're welcome to hang out and drink some coffee or tea upstairs. The breakfast was very delicious and the hosts were very accommodating with dietary restrictions (vegan and gluten-free, but I would recommend reaching out beforehand to the hosts about any dietary restriction). The hotel is in a pretty neighborhood and it is very sweet strolling around it. The owners are also incredibly kind and really do their best to be accommodating; a big thanks to them! Oh, yes, and did I already mention the view?
