Breakfast and roof spa were gooood, proximity to slopes was perfect. Large ski rental facility directly in the hotel, however still missing skipass shop. 50m2 room used by 2 adults and 3 kids could practically accomodate up to 6 adults. Small hickup with parking lot entry gate hitting the front bamper of the car due to poorly installed sensors was well settled by administration. Would probably visit again during "low season" when prices get reduced and weather permitting.

Great location, modern comfortable rooms, a nice restaurant downstairs with European cuisine and moderate prices, splendid SPA center which you can use all day long for just 10 dollars. Our corner balcony had the view on the center of Bukovel.

It is a cozy place away from the main road deep in the serene forest area. I’d say it is a perfect summer mountain holiday location, as you get vicinity to forest, plenty of fresh air and cozy atmosphere in the hotel. Staff are very friendly. Great appreciation for good mood especially in such uneasy times for Ukraine. We were there for winter holidays, facilities at the hotel are good, the spa clean, newly built I guess, bath, and etc. For skiing one would need a car, as first ski lift is 3 km away. For non skiers it is fine to walk to village center, but if you ski, you’d need to drive.

Set in Bukovel, HVOYA offers ski-to-door access to the Bukovel 7D ski elevator and a 24-hour front desk. Free parking and Wi-Fi are available on site.

The breakfast was outstanding with different choices each day, the in-building directions were easy to understand, the stuff was helpful and welcoming, spa facilities were amazing

All staff from kitchen to front desk was all very friendly and super helpful. Very clean facility. Only thing was during the construction there was sewage smell in the building.
