The hotel is very comfortable and modern. The staff were welcoming, room was very comfortable and had everything I needed! It's perfect if you need to travel by train before/after as its right next to the main entrance to the Kyiv Central Station. I highly recommend this hotel!

Very modern hotel. Many conveniences in the room I have not seen many places in Ukraine, except when paying a much higher price--like a hot water kettle, tissues in the bathroom, excellent lighting. Drinking water available on the floor and in the lobby. A very pleasant place.

The staff here truly make the place what it is...amazing and very welcoming. I enjoyed my stay so much I ended up going back. This was by far the only place I was able to get actual rest at unlike the others that made me feel like my belongings were not safe. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet during the night.
