The staff, concierge and shuttle driver. I showed up a day earlier than my reservation. The concierge helped get me a room at another hotel and the shuttle driver was very nice to drive me to my destination. I have to say when I stayed a few years ago, I showed up for breakfast and the waitress totally ignored me and the concierge was not friendly. I’m so glad you made improvements for the better.
