Everything. From the moment I called for an early check in to the staff sending up a bday gift when my friends told them why we were there. The cozy lay out, room to building. We’re not in Copley anymore. The trip up to the observation deck. Perfect experience start to finish.

The location was amazing. Very easy to access downtown Boston. The apartment was clean and easy to access. We were very pleased. We also enjoyed that it was on the top floor, so we didn't have to hear people above us,f and we had pretty cool views of the city.

Loved everything! The room was amazing, super cool art deco decor....bed is huge and super comfortable, bathroom is new and clean, so good to have two armchairs to rest in, TV was huge too. Only stayed one night but would have loved to stay longer. Solid location in financial district, walkable everywhere (Boston is small). Staff extremely professional and welcoming as well.

Location was perfect, a Metro station right outside, the aquarium across the street, and everything as a max of 20 min walk. Such an amazing staff as well.

Great central location made everything walkable. The hotel has a nice contemporary feel and breakfast in the restaurant was good except for the coffee which was terrible. It was very cold out so it was chilly in the restaurant which has large windows.

Staying here was such a great experience. Let's start with the fact that the rate per night was so reasonable that it allowed me and my partner to extend our planned stay in what has turned out to be my new favorite city. Having an affordable rate did not mean that the amenities were compromised except for a few minor items that in no way affected our experience. The location was great because it was close to everything, but as it was in the financial district, it was relatively quiet both day and night. The management team were very responsive and helpful when I wanted to extend my stay. My partner and I could spread out, relax, self cater when we wanted, get nearly everywhere easily by foot or public transport and do our laundry in an easily accessible laundry room.

I read that one long comment and i was scared to book but i am glad that I neglected it. I have no idea what he saw but i am sure thet he exaggerated. This apartment was great, it was clean and close literally to everything we didn’t even use the bus for our trip , every thing was walking distance. It was large with two bath which is rarly to find and the price was fair. The employees reply fast and answer all my questions with honesty. They have microwave and coffee machine and other things. We were 3 so the fact that there is three beds serves us. I can totally give it a 10 stars
