The place is very close to the train station (Union St) and near 5th Avenue where there are many restaurant options. From the moment we checked in, all the staff were very friendly, especially Daniel, who recommended nearby places to eat, the route to take the train to different destinations. Very comfortable rooms to rest, very clean, closet to organize clothes and with everything necessary for the kitchen (kitchen utensils, plates, glasses and equipment). Varied American breakfast included in our stay and solved times when we wanted to have a quick breakfast to make the most of the day. The use of laundry was also a must since it solved a lot for us since there was no laundry extremely close. On rainy days they were very kind and provided us with umbrellas. 100% recommended the hotel in all aspects. (Cleanliness, service, location).

The hotel is very well located in Brooklyn close to the subway station, markets, pharmacy and restaurants. Spacious room for NYC standards, very clean and very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast by NYC standards too (most hotels don't have it) - they offer waffles, bagels, breads, coffee, milk, juices, eggs, cereal, etc. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel when I visit NYC again.

The location was great! Right next to a bunch of food options and the subway. Jessica (the manager) was the absolute BEST! Very kind and helpful! I loved the baggage locker feature - I had a late flight home & was able to store my suitcase in a locker while I roamed the city; very convenient!

A nice clean hotel, very low key but perfect for what you need. The property is very interactive during your stay asking if you need anything etc. breakfast was very good and the kitchen staff was so nice!

Starting from the check-in, the staff were friendly specially Christian and the female receptionest ( I can't remember her name). The even sent me a birthday treat to my room. The room was comfortable and loaded with snacks and coffee. The location is good. The check-out process was fast.
