the perfect hotel. I visited Boston several times; this is my go-to hotel now. I spent a wonderful 4 nights here. the facility is beautiful, the room spacious, the bed is great and the whole hotel is beautiful. but above all - the staff is super professional and friendly, with the best attitude of helping and making your stay perfect. they are all great and I would like to specifically thank Jacqueline, who helped us resolve some serious issues with our stay in Boston (caused by my mistake regarding the dates of my flight...). can't thank her enough

The location is excellent with the perfect mix of shops, restaurants and hotels, so you could spend a whole day just on that street. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff is very professional and friendly. The recommendations they give speak of the detailed knowledge of the city they have.
