Clean, great location, can never go wrong with Moxy, I have stayed at multiple locations so I know. But this time they were exceptional. I called the day before I was going to check in to request if I can be upgraded to a room for 3 people instead of 2, since we needed to bring our son along. And the reception was so good about it, at no cost they gave me a room with 2 queens, but these were two separate rooms within our suite. Such a delightful experience. I'm a loyalist now!

Great location. Stores, restaurants, and coffee shops are nearby. Just walk in any direction, and it's all easy to find. Lively neighborhood with lots of positive energy. The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and furnished with everything needed. Staff was easy to contact and proactive so the check-in/out process was smooth and easy. I will definitely stay here again during future visits to Columbus.
