The unit was clean, spacious, and well-designed, with modern furnishings that made the place feel like home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The location is perfect—right in the Arts District with great restaurants, cafés, and shops just steps away. Check-in was smooth, communication was easy, and the building felt very secure. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to LA!

I loved that it's located three minutes by foot to Little Tokyo. The view was amazing. I wasn't expecting to be gifted water bottles and cookies at 10pm to check-in so that was a nice surprise. And I also appreciated that there was a shower mat to step into the bath tub.

We had an excellent stay in this spacious apartment. The location in Little Tokyo was perfect, surrounded by vibrant restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. My family and I stayed at Los Angeles Premium Suites for one and a half week and truly enjoyed our stay. Sam was very supportive and helpful throughout our time there. The facility is well maintained, clean, and has all the necessary utilities, making it feel like a home away from home. We extended our stay three times, and the process was seamless with no issues at all. The location is excellent, right at the heart of Hollywood. We walked to the Hollywood walk of fame and the Ovation almost every night and enjoyed the limitless entertainment and vibrant nightlife, including wonderful Christmas shows. I would highly recommend Los Angeles Premium Suites to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service.
