The suite was fully stocked with plates and silverware, a washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, and oven. It felt like a full apartment. There was so much room to spread out and an incredible amount of storage space.

We loved the location & a 3 minute walk to the beach and Bal Harbour Village! Emily in the front office was amazing! We had a slight issue with the internet not working in the first unit we were in and she immediately moved us to a different unit. The accommodations were very nice. We were in building 290 which is apparently the old building vs 291, which has been fully renovated. The unit we were in was super spacious, extremely clean & very comfortable. It could use some updating as the kitchen cabinets had lots of wear n tear, but it didn't stop us from thoroughly enjoying this awesome property!

The apartment was fantastic, full of amenities, fill kitchen, washer/dryer machine, in front of the beach with perfect view, easy check in/out, valet is included, swimming pools and hot top were amazing - where the lower one was heated. Lovely hotel, would stay again. The staff were lovely and friendly. We had an issue with our TV (previous guest had changed it to Spanish) the hotel were great at helping us. We took the bus down to Bayside which took about 25mins and was regular and easy.

The location is just a short walk to the beach. And it's in a very quiet neighborhood. The unit was small but very tastefully renovated. I also liked the host, they offered me a free late check out and the AC was great, made it cold.
