Great hotel amazing location downtown also right off the hwy.

I liked the kind attitudes of the front desk CSRs, Micah and LaKendrick. They weee very kind to everyone in the facility. They were diverse and attended to our needs.

Every single person who works there is so nice , great atmosphere , great people, great latte .

Liz, the waitress in the hotel restaurant was phenomenal. We was professional, friendly, and didn't mind questions. She knew the food from the menu herself and could make knowable recommendations. Her communication skills arre exceptional.

Everything was perfect. The staff, the breakfast, the room, the facilites, everything. Even the location

It was like a stay at home away from home. It felt like a nice apartment rather than a hotel, it was spacious, having a kitchen and living room / work area was awesome. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms had everything you need! Loved that there were snacks and beverages available in the lobby.

I really like the room and the location

It is near all the places I need to visit and the staff is always friendly and professional.

I recently stayed at Springhill on the West end and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that I wished the balcony door could open—it would have been nice to enjoy some fresh air and the view. Aside from that, everything was great, and I’d consider staying here again.
