At first I thought it was an apartment of its own. Once booked it lets u know how to access the guest house of the house so it was my first time doing something like and I’m a very discreet person but honestly I never came in contact with any other residents there due to the shared backyard. I love the headboard of the bed with the usb attachment.

I absolutely LOVED EVERYTHING! The studio is beautiful! I LOVE the world map wallpaper it’s unique and definitely different. I LOVE that the door requires a code instead of a key! I LOVE LOVE that the tv comes with all kinds of movie/show apps and I could connect my iPhone to the tv. Everything is in walking distance and overall it’s cute and quiet how I like it.

I like everything !! the location was so close to the light rail which made it easy to get to the AirPort and Downtown Phoenix. There is a nice street alongside the airport that I love, I walked it in the morning to get downtown. The staff were so friendly and amazing, there was a nice fellow at the bar who was great with small talk when serving the complimentary drinks. The breakfast was out of this world !! My room was a king suite, it was clean and fresh, the staff was available incase I needed anything at all like more cups and they respected my "do not disturb" sign in the mornings. Ultimately, I had THE best time. I will be staying there again.

The young lady who checked us in was so friendly and warm welcoming. The location was perfect since we were visiting St. Joseph’s Hospital the next morning. Everything was clean and comfortable we really didn’t even mind paying the $10 for 24-hour parking since it was so nice.

Everyone was so nice except one girl at the front desk. She was rude as rude can get and had no customer service capabilities. Other than that the place was great and the people staying there were very friendly. Would stay again as long as the rude front desk agent no longer worked there.
It was clean and decent for the price. It was surprisingly quiet at night given it's in a sketchy neighborhood but it helped that the facility is gated and one can only gain access to the hotel parking lot other than with a room key. It was overall a decent stay.
