Super cute and cozy place in a great location. Walkable to lots of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars. Was much better for a longer stay than a hotel would be. Host is super communicative and nice. House itself is very comfortable. Keep in mind there is no TV, but I had my laptop so that was no issue for me. Highly recommend.

Residence is a no frills but fully adequate service level combined with a very high standard environment overall. I much prefer it to the more common bustling hotels with busy lobbies and lots of noise. Also there was no smell of recreational drugs, which is refreshing in the Portland area. The rooms are mini apartments. You could cook a meal if you wanted to and there is loads of space. Far superior to the usual hotel room where the beds take up all the space.
