Lovely warm welcome from Kim and William on arrival and introduced to Elliot head of services who was always on hand and happy to ensure everyone were happy, The view from the balcony was amazing, loved the vibe in the public areas. The room was beautiful and extremely comfy bed.

Firstly it was welcoming at the gate, how the place was set, the cleanliness, freshness of the place.
The rooms were amazing l, comfortable, clean, neatly set, oh and the welcoming basket of fruits and sweets; not forgetting the morning shoes and gowns. Everything was easily excess able.

The whole house was clean; in a perfect location. It is a very peaceful area and the lady that welcomed us was so sweet. the host was open to taking calls late at night if there are things we could not find in the house and that was very much appreciated. We Loved the welcome Chocolates

The breakfast was excellent, made to my liking and with fresh ingredients. The waiters are kind.
The room is nice and clean. Duly air conditioned. The staff is kind and helpful. The cleaning lady even looked for me to give me items I forgot from the room.
Most importantly, the hotel is situated next to some cool places including restaurants.
