The staff at this hotel was absolutely lovely. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable: helped us find parking, provided us with a cork screw for wine we brought to the room, offered fresh fruits growing on the property.... we had an excellent stay. The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is well located. Thank you!

The hotel offers absolutely stunning views, and the staff are incredibly kind and attentive. Breakfast is delicious, and the pool area is perfect for relaxing. Location-wise, it’s best to have a car since walking to the beaches isn’t very close or safe due to the hillside. That said, the quiet atmosphere and beautiful ambiance make it more than worth it.

We loved everything about this hotel. It was by far the best hotel we have stayed at during our travels. A special thank you to the incredible staff — they were friendly, professional, helpful, and always willing to assist with any request. We arrived earlier than expected and were kindly offered an early check-in. They also provided a late check-out, which made our stay even more comfortable. Their hospitality was truly exceptional. I even accidentally lost my wedding ring, and the staff found it and returned it to me — something we greatly appreciated. The hotel has stunning views and offers breathtaking sunsets. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and we also had dinner at the hotel several times. Every meal was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect as well. The beach is easily accessible either by a short taxi ride or on foot. Our trip to Albania was wonderful — beautiful beaches, crystal-clear water, warm and welcoming people, and unforgettable memories. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

Everything. Location is amazing and the hotel has many amenities to have a great stay. The deers are lovely and very friendly. Also restaurant had delicious food.

Everything was nice, the girls at the recrption were so ki d and respectful, also the Manager named Vera was a very sweet and kind person. Definetely recommend it!

I had a hard time picking a place in Dhermi and was super happy to find this one. Very nice, new place. Staff was super nice. We loved our large balcony. Have a relationship with a beach club too which was a perk. Parking was easy.

Everything was just like the photos. The location is TOP - no need to use the car to get to the beach.

Our stay at Kaiser Resort was wonderful. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the property, and both the rooms and common areas were very well maintained. The facilities were comfortable and of a very high standard. The service was professional and efficient, while the staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The location is excellent, peaceful, and ideal for a relaxing stay. Special recognition also goes to the management, as it is clear that great attention is given to every detail and to ensuring guests have the best possible experience. We highly recommend Kaiser Resort and would gladly return!

Amazing hotel! Our stay was very pleasant and enjoyable. The hotel was spotless, very clean, and well maintained. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of good options. We celebrated a birthday during our stay, and the restaurant manager quickly organized a lovely surprise with a cake and music, which made the occasion truly special. The staff were friendly, professional, and very attentive. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We will definitely be back again!

The view from the room was amazing, the room was beautiful, large, clean and comfortable. The location is a bit far from the beach but the hotel provides convenient shuttles to/from the beach.

I had a lovely stay at Elysium and would recommend it to anyone that is looking for a typical Albanian hospitality and relaxing beach vacation. I was impressed with the entire staff and management on all levels. The reception was quite helpful with information 24/7 and delivered it with a genuine smile. The restaurant food and bar, especially the sushi and sea food, was delicious and reasonably priced. The waiters made it possible for me to have a beautiful sunset view and at dinner time offered a free dessert. I must mention the immaculate cleaning of the room that was done daily and the positivity of the sanitation staff ladies. I also learned much about the area from the friendly drivers while going to and from the beach and it was a pleasure to see their enthusiasm at any time of the day. As for the beach staff it is important to mention they delivered with experience and a friendly smile every request. I can easily say Elysium exceeded my expectations and will visit it again to make more lovely memories.

I had a great time at this hotel. The room is great looking at the sea, swimming pool on rooftop, breakfast fresh and lots of variety and amazing service from the staff members. Definitely I will come back.

Qëndrim shumë i mirë! Dhoma ishte e rregullt, e arreduar bukur dhe komode. Vendndodhja është super, shumë afër fillimit të pedonales, kështu që çdo gjë e ke pranë pa pasur nevojë të lëvizësh me makinë. Edhe parkimi ishte shumë i përshtatshëm, një plus i madh. Në përgjithësi gjithçka ishte në rregull dhe e organizuar mirë. Ndoshta i vetmi detaj i vogël që mund të përmirësohet është tualeti, ku një aromatizues pak më i fortë do ta bënte ambientin edhe më të këndshëm. Do ta rekomandoja pa hezitim dhe do të rikthehesha sërish. 10/10!
