I really liked the beautiful location by Lake Sevan—it offered stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and everything was organized perfectly for a relaxing stay.

The place is overall really great! But the best thing I like is that all rooms have lake view. We went there during winter, so watching the snow meets the lake from our room was so nice! I can only imagine how awesome it would be during other seasons, specially spring.

This stay ended up being just perfect! Well built, modern cabins in a peaceful location on lake Servan. The beach is a 2 minute walk! The larger cabin we rented as perfect in size and space. The kitchen is well equipped and we had an amazing time here. We did not want to leave! Highly recommend this location for anyone! We slept 3 in the large cabin, but could have easily fit 5.

Nice place for those who like peace a quite. Really nice surroundings. Food was great both the free breakfast and the dinner we availed. Taxi ride to the monastery. Loved the nice cook lady there, she was very helpful. The guy in the reception can be stern looking but his nice, he was able to help us out. Friendly staff, just ask them nicely.

The place was excellent. Host is very friendly and nice. A lot of activities for all ages.

Nature is beautiful! The house was very nice, 4 rooms, very clean and comfortable.

Staff is very kind and pleasant. House is in good condition, clean and comfortable. Very silent and beautiful place. I arrived here for participating in sport competition and slept only for 6 hours each night but it feels like total reboot of my body and mind!
