We had a great time for the period we've stayed here. The room was great (counting we got an upgrade), the breakfast also rich and tasty, staff always available and helpful. Definitely recommended for everyone.

We (family of four, 2 year old and a baby) only stayed for a night and wished we could have stayed longer. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is charming, beautiful pool, brand new playground and awesome breakfast buffet. Charging for e-cars is possible as well. They even added a step stool for our toddler in the bathroom.

The host is super nice, even though she doesn’t speak English I knew basic German so it was fine for me Her son (I think) was super nice and knew fluent English, he recommended nice stuff Our room was new and great! The breakfast is awesome as well

The location, quietness, cleanliness

I was staying solo to attend World Cup races. This location was the best-I could easily walk to the spectator venue. Room was great for solo traveler- comfortable bed, great shower, nice terrace, clean quarters. Managers Harry and Inga welcomed me warmly. Breakfast was full of choices. Also close to ski rental and chairlift (Sport Stangl right at Star Jet 1-Thomas took care of fitting my skis).

Very friendly owners, called me to check what time will I arrive and waited for me past the reception opening time!

Room and bathroom size is big. Room was clean and well prepared for guests. Bed was comfortable.

Great location - very peaceful, clean rooms.

The level of detail from the Schuhlöffel , the water bucket in the garage to clean the windshield over to the rubber slippers in the room, bathrobes in a bigger size.... Housekeeping was fast and thorough. Breakfast was fresh and lost of options, incl pancakes, fresh eggs and fruits, big selection of cereals.... Even our Deluxe Suit faced the main Flachau road we weren't bothered at all by any road noise. Friendly staff everywhere. The Ski Lockers are directly next to the parking garage, no need to carry them around. Even fully booked we always could pard int he designated garage.

One night stay. Room clean, bed comfortable. WiFi good. Breakfast good. Nice place to stay overnight when driving South.

Good location - 15 minute walk or 1 ski bus stop to the main ski lift. 2 bedrooms and a large living room - very comfortable for a 2+2 family

Great hotel! We enjoyed everything ! The breakfast had a lot of choices and was fresh and tasty ,everyone of the staff was super attentive and very nice ! The room very comfortable and with plenty closets space. the location is not at the center of the village so it's very quiet . The special bonus were the dinners - great food and service !
