The house is beautifully restored. The village is nice and quite. Owner and staff are super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely go there again!

The property was very spacious with plenty of room for both dining and resting. Had a rec unit with some fitness equipment, sauna and two working hot tubs. The owner had prepared all the rooms in advance and the air conditioning working long before we arrived so the temperature was comfortable in every room and the hot tubs were already warm.

The guest house is in a nice location, not too far from the center of Troyan, with plenty of parking spots nearby. It has everything you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen and a nice garden.

Very nice, clean and cozy apartment, equipped with everything that you'd need. Location is top - center of Troyan, everything within a walking distance. Finding a free spot to park a car around the building was not an issue. Kind and welcoming hosts.

Amazing house with lots of accomodations at a great price. Host was very hospitable and warm. Went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. For a family traveling, this house is perfect and I highly recommend it!!!

The room is very spacious and you have everything you need and the matress is very comfortable. The staff is more than helpful, I want to give special thanks to Nikolay from the reception that was top! The SPA zone is good and the sauna and pool is everything you need to relax.

The room was beautifully furnished with sophisticated decor and an opulent, high end feel that belied the cost. The beds were extremely comfortable and all the linen was pristine. The room is extremely large with lots of storage space. The bathroom was also very luxurious with expensive fixtures and fittings and a heated floor. A lot of thought has gone into the whole building. The shared kitchen facilities were the best I've experienced period with everything you could possibly need and lots of subtle touches like free coffee pods for the coffee machine, high quality tea bags, beautiful Wedgewood crockery, stylish coffee cups and a very luxurious feel generally. Everywhere from the room to the bathroom to the kitchen were impeccably clean. The whole place has a brand new feel. The contactless check in process was seamless with all information required sent as soon as the booking was made. The communication from the host was excellent. The location was perfect with stunning views of the mountains and the river running through Troyan which is a fantastic town. The property is very centrally located. There are lots of restaurants, bars, bakeries and cafes selling delicious food and drink at extremely reasonable prices. There is also a beautiful town square with beautiful buildings all around. There are 2 large supermarkets selling everything you could need. There are endless trekking options on the doorstep and the surrounding villages are very picturesque with lovely restaurants and bars. I would highly recommend staying at this property. Exceptional value for money. We will definitely return when visiting this area again.

Very clean, modern, close to everything at the city center.

The hotel is new and very well furnished. It is clean and the staff is very nice. The location is amazing. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious.
