I liked everything from front desk check in to the cleaning staff. Everyone was wonderful. I also really enjoyed the pool, perfect temperature.

Weird but effective welcoming (the person had eartip in one ear). My room was spacious, well equipped and quite clean. Bathroom was good. Good to have a small solid soap too (although would have been cool to have liquid soap). Great convenient parking.

Very clean and comfortable apartment. Owner has thought of everything. Kitchen was fully stocked with cooking appliances/utensils etc. We appreciated being able to stay in and make some of our own meals a few times during our stay. Cheryl was quick to respond to a few questions we had. Thinking there was a problem with the coffee maker (which ended being fine)- she brought us a replacement just in case (so appreciated!!👍👍). Check in/out was easy and allowed us a little more time on check out.

Wasn’t too far from Rochester, New York, price was affordable, super spacious and accommodated our entire group. Grocery and other accommodations were only five minutes away kitchen and bathroom had all supplies needed & very clean. Has a backyard, quiet neighborhood. Tons of mirrors & bathrooms. Washer & dryer at location. Has Wi-Fi, host was super helpful and alert and accommodating.
