I absolutely loved my stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with plenty of appliances and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and the location was excellent—close to downtown and many of the city’s main attractions, all within easy walking distance. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I will definitely stay here again the next time I’m in Ottawa.

The staff was incredibly friendly and supportive and the room was nice and clean, with such a spacious balcony! Breakfast and the breakfast room was also super nice.

My mom and I traveled to Ottawa for leisure and had a great time. The location of the DoubleTree was perfect. It was right in downtown. The staff was super helpful and told us exactly how to figure out parking, which was super easy and convenient. The location was great, it was an easy and quick walk to multiple popular sites. We had a great stay!

The location is central, walking distance from all the attractions. The rooms are very chic and very clean. Despite the problem with booking.com reservation, the hotel fix our problem and accomodate us. The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you feel that you go to a friend, not to a hotel. Thank you very much! you are the best!

Location , easy access to o train

Its location in approximation of the highway. The rooms were very large with lots of space to walk around. Did not get to enjoy it as much as I should since we arrived pretty late

Conveniently located near the hwy and near many amenities and just a short drive to downtown. Room was clean, aesthetically appealing and it accommodated my family comfortably.

Convenient locations and well equipped

Delta Hotels by Marriott Ottawa City Centre is a lovely modern hotel in good location and we had a good stay here while in the area to see family.

Great location and nice sized rooms with balconies… don’t see that often in hotels any more.

The restaurant was outstanding. I had the opportunity to talk with Chef Ivan and was truly impressed with the enitre operation even though it was brand new.

My reservation could not be located when I arrived so I was upgraded to the Presidential Suite! I was so overwhelmed! I got lost with all the rooms in this suite. Ten rooms I counted! Thank you for making the most memorable Graduation/ Mother's Day EVER!!!!!
