Location was great, parking was convenient, breakfast was excellent, and room was comfy.

I love the people that work there. The breakfast is served obviously in the morning. But I had to leave for a meeting before the breakfast started. I was touched because I got my breakfast when I came back in the evening ❤ Also the location is close to the centre and to the University de Concepción, the place I needed to visit. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Bright, spacious, modern studio apartment in great location and reasonably priced.

The room served its purpose well! The cleaning staff were thorough. It was exactly as I anticipated with no surprises. Great location for everything in the city. The bathroom was kind of small but it was fine.

Beds were comfortable and location was excellent, very near the downtown.

They just reject the reservation without send me any message. I realize that the departament was not available once arrive to the building. The person that attended my phone call was unpleasant and did not offer any apologize.
