The location was amazing. Right on the creek, quiet, 1 minute walk to the lake to swim. We really didn't interact with staff much so can't comment on that.

The landscape is beautiful! The view from every window and terrace was of the forest. The terrace also has a view of the river. We were only there one night so we didn’t get to enjoy the space fully. The cabin itself is also lovely with a rustic wooden design. Simple but comfortable.

The house was in a beautiful spot in the forest. We had ample room for the four of us. There is a huge outdoor space and had the weather been more cooperative we might have used but it was a little chillier in the forest than we're used to, so we stayed inside.

We returned to Huilo Huilo to celebrate a milestone wedding anniversary. Such a special place. The property and grounds are stunning. The dining options were lovely. All staff were very friendly and happy. Special thanks to Maria Jose for making our stay special. We especially loved the Volcano at Sunset excursion. Claudia, Rodrigo and Rodrigo did an amazing job.
