Quiet! A nice feeling of tranquility and traditional village culture! Simple style in traditional way. The service is good. The staff were very sweet and helpful. We’ve got 2 bikes at the hotel to roam around the village. It was helpful.

The property is a collection of lovely heritage stone houses and courtyards in a traditional Ming dynasty village. We had a large, two storey suite with balcony and private terrace! Warm and welcoming staff, and great food in the restaurant! Bicycles to rent, and lots of helpful advice about activities in the area.

I had the most fantastic stay in Serene Cove - I was incredibly sad to leave - the place is super beautiful, the food is delicious, the couple who own the place are very friendly, helpful, lent me a bike, made amazing cakes, helped me learn Chinese and I would have loved to stay longer.

I loved that this hotel was smack in the middle of the beautiful karst scenery. The hotel had bikes available to rent and provided a wonderful biking route to see lush greenery, flowers, the Yulong river, ancient Chinese bridges and even a little village from the Ming era. The hotel staff was so helpful and warm. The on site restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinners. Highly recommend staying here!

We couldn’t have had a better stay in Yangshuo! Sammie, Eric and Limin were incredibly friendly and helpful - even walking with us to rent scooters and to the restaurant to help us order the best dishes. The room was great and the common area is lovely with outdoor seating and a pool table. Eric also stocks the best italian coffee and Belgian beers. The location in the countryside is beautiful, and much more relaxing than being in town (which is a quick drive away). We wish we could’ve stayed longer, and will definitely be back one day!

Yangshuo is truly beautiful and stunning. I really like the hotel — the staff are very friendly, helping us plan our routes, recommending places to visit, and even assisting with ticket purchases. The front desk can communicate in English, which is a big plus. The breakfast and afternoon tea are great, and I felt especially relaxed and at ease here. If I come back next time, I’d like to stay longer and slowly enjoy everything this place has to offer.

This has been the best value hotel that I have stayed at for the money I paid. Very good room, clean and nice + staff is welcoming and helpful. You can easily take a scooter and exlpore surroundings. Stay at least in the queen room ;)

The Service was the best in my whole life. They helped me organize a TCM treatment, compensation from Chinese Airline, Communication with a Chinese Didi charter driver while on a trip, ... The location was also super cool. Breakfast was good

Tucked within a ring of emerald-green mountains, this hotel offers serene views from its sun-drenched terraces. The staffs was incredibly proactive, arranging transportation and renting us sturdy bikes for countryside adventures. The room with a balcony perfect for the relaxing. A flawless mix of natural beauty and modern comfort.

We had the biggest room with 270 degree views which was amazing, and they made our anniversary celebration a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly but doest speak English it seems

I stayed here to compare Yangshuo’s Marriott to Guangzhou’s Marriott and I was not disappointed. Hot water, amazing water pressure, soft towels, super comfortable beds, abundant breakfast buffet, and terrific service, everything I expect from Marriott in the new modern China, and now, even in Yangshuo.

The hotel facilities are well maintained, everything was very clean, and the hotel team was polite and professional. We rented bikes and did a ride by the river which was one of the favorite park for our Yangshuo trip. Their attentive service made the whole stay smooth and comfortable
