I very rarely write reviews, but I simply couldn’t pass this one by. This was one of the best places we have ever stayed in. The cabins are clean, beautifully designed, and allow you to feel completely connected with nature while still enjoying absolute comfort. We originally planned to stay for just a couple of days, but ended up spending almost two weeks here. Dear travelers, China can be very different from what you might expect. :) The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth and friendliness, which felt especially refreshing after Shanghai. The waiters and chefs were wonderful. You can enjoy both Chinese and Western cuisine for lunch and dinner, and everything was delicious. The reception team is always available and ready to help with any request, while the shuttle drivers can take you wherever you need to go within the resort. There are also plenty of activities available throughout the resort. Guests can take part in various workshops, including traditional Chinese crafts and cultural activities, rent boats to explore the area, enjoy delicious local tea, play football on the sports field, and take part in many other games and recreational activities. There is always something to do, whether you are looking for relaxation or a bit of adventure. Also small pretty zoo. This is not just a hotel , it is an entire village where you can truly relax, escape the crowds, and even get a little lost in the best possible way. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. Great place for a gateway. Located at the bottom of the mountain park you are near the touristic village down the mountain (not up the top that is more remote and more natural). It's a family run BnB they are very good at welcoming, and they even shared their diner with us as we came in low season and were the only guest in the villa, that has 9 bedroom in total. It got cold at night (5 degree outdoor) but they provided us with extra heater for the temperature, and extra lighting to get a more cosy vibe in the room. Sky glass ceiling and waking up with view on the mountain was breathtaking. The common room have music, bar and billard to play. Chimney too but wasn't available this time because not clean.

Moganshan Naicang Boutique Hotel is a recently renovated homestay in Deqing where guests can make the most of its pool with a view, water sports, and open-air bath.

Set in Moganshan Scenic Area, July Bamboo Hostel offers free WiFi. Among the various facilities are a garden, a bar, on-site dining, gym and swimming pool. Rooms come with mountain views.

So cosy! Really sweet, comfortable accommodation in a quiet area. Staff lovely and accommodating. Resident cute cat and dog which made it extra special! Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was during the late fall in the latter part of November, so it was cold at night and mornings. Luckily, our room had heated floors and all the climate control you could want. We were toasty. The view from the balcony as the sun rose over the mountains was breathtaking, and beautiful birds fluttered against our window. Being the off-season, we were the only guests, and the place felt like our private mansion, complete with a 24-hour butler. I liked that they provided free soft drinks in the kitchen fridge and coffee on demand. All the food served at Arcadia was of top-notch quality. The chef truly has a gift. The breakfast, though somewhat limited in choices, was always delicious and served fresh and hot. There was inside dining and the option of eating outside on the patio. But the real delight was the dinners. Multi-course, well-prepared, and super fresh, these meals were culinary delights to my taste buds. I highly recommend the local dishes he prepares with vegetables from the onsite garden and meat that was slaughtered the same day! It was simply the best Chinese food I had ever enjoyed. I always skipped lunch so I could fully enjoy the dinner meals. The western food menu was good, but the Chinese cuisine is not to be missed. After a meal, there is plenty of hiking on the mountain road or drive into the village to explore.
