I spent a very restful week at Casa Raizal. The neighborhood is very safe and a variety of eating options extremely close to it. Per other reviews, it was indeed a restaurant, but now it is only a rooms and common areas although it still has the large commercial kitchen available for those who want to be a chef. My room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Owner is very concerned about guest's comfort. Very good value considering how expensive the Medellin area has become compared to the rest of the country. The Internet, which is important to me, was pretty flawless save an occasional issue due to the area's network.

This was a nice place to stay in the quiet neighborhood of Envigado. The room was clean and comfortable. The kitchen area was well equipped and great for cooking up my own meals. Nearby is a nice park and 2 grocery stores. The Envigado metro train station is a good walk away but it is doable and largely downhill so you may consider taking a taxi uphill if traveling to the hotel from the metro station especially if you have luggage bags.

If the cost of this place was half of what they charge, it would be fine. But for what they charge you can find a much much nicer place. The bathroom sink is not big enough to wash your hands in. There was garbage left at the top of the stairs for 3 days attracting fruit flies

Property is very cool concept we rented the ground floor and everyone had there own room which was very nice since we are a family of 7. Everyone enjoyed staying here. Rooms are clean and couzy!! The neighborhood is very nice clean and quiet.

The staff is very friendly, always ready to help, welcoming and knowledgeable, the location is perfect! Close to the airport and the the center; the hotel provides taxi services at very good cost and safe.

Simply everything, especially the staff, the experience, the view, cleanliness and the restaurant downstairs. Actually one of the best hotels I have ever visited.

Amazing service, beautiful views and wonderful staff

I stayed a week and it was perfect, could happily stay much longer. Everything felt new and clean. Good strong, hot shower. Had a good balcony with a view and you could charge your laptop there. Check in was smooth and clear. Clothes washing service.
