Peaceful place to be with family...

The breakfast was excellent. There was everything there that one could want. Good location. Near the Old end of town with all the shops ,tapas bars and restaurants nearby. Would stay here again.

My stay at the Poseidon Resort in Benidorm was fantastic! The rooms were modern and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathrooms were also a highlight, especially the amazing shower. Plus, it was only a five minute walk to the beach. I thought the resort was extremely good value for the price, and the staff were all very friendly

It's close to the beach and all amenities

Big and clean room. Warm (air conditioning working great), comfy mattress, large bathroom. 30 minutes max by foot to the beach. Great location for me since I needed to be close to the Bus Station (the one for buses that come and go outside the City) - basically, I got out of the hotel and I was there. They have great coffee at the bar, don't miss it! And great value for money.

Everything was really good, it totally met the expectations, plus the location is great. The only downside is that the jacuzzi/hot tub is for the extra cost, which I wasn’t able to read while booking. Other then that 10/10

The accommodation was excellent, with a fantastic view of the beach. The breakfast was varied and delicious, the staff was friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were cleaned daily. Overall, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable vacation.

Very quiet despite being on a busy street in the old town. Apartment well equipped and clean. Your own balcony with chairs and table. Sunbeds on roof.

- The apartment is nice with a view at the pool - They clean it every 2 -3 days - The buffet was good - They do activities everyday for kids and for adults - the room is equipped with needed tools.

Great breakfast, clean rooms, nicely located for a short stay

The room we were given was incredible, we had a massive terrace and a private jacuzzi! So luxurious, clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The location is very convenient close to the beach, shops and a big supermarket. The best part about this hotel was the staff. I wasn't feeling well and had to go to the hospital for a few hours and we called the hotel to let them know we might miss lunch and they made sure there was food available for us when we got back. On that same evening they rang our room to make sure that I was okay and said if I needed anything to not hesitate to call. We dealt mostly with Carlota who was so lovely, kind and helpful, special thanks to her! We also dealt with Jose Manuel and Maria who were super helpful and nice! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will most definitely be returning there myself!

I found the room to be clean and modern with a large balcony suited all our needs. We were full board and found the food to be great with a full selection to suit our taste.

The cleanliness was excellent, the breakfast offered a good selection and the staff are lovely. The rooms are cleaned every day unless you leave the note on your door handle to say do not disturb. The location of this hotel is the best you can get, your in walking distance to Levante beach, Poniente beach, the old town and your on the doorstep of Mediterranean avenue. The hotel room itself is large with a huge sofa and a double bed with a really firm comfortable mattress. There is a good size balcony with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. The en-suite is modern and super clean with a powerful shower and two different heads to choose from and lots of hot water. You have a kettle and mugs, a large tv and a small fridge. Lots of space to hang clothes. I will definitely be back.

Staff on reception were exceptional. Cleaning was constantly being carried out. The rooms are very good size with a large bathroom.
