The staff are friendly and take a personal interest in your experience. The location is wonderful, near the sea and some nice hiking trails. The restaurant is high quality with a terrific chef and the buffet is a great value with delicious food!

We rented one of the larger chalets, which had everything one needs and could desire. Our hosts Tiina and Juho stopped by to chat a little ... and to let us know that the (wood-heated) sauna was ready. Quiet and peaceful, just what we wanted. There was quite a bit of wild life: one night dears stopped by right in front of the cottage!

Good value and very good location for a fishing trip. You can rent two nice fishing boats for the duration of the stay. The sauna was excellent and the kitchen had almost everything we needed. The living room and outside patio are super spacious. The host always responded very quickly and was helpful when any problems came up. All in all, you are getting everything exactly as is listed.

This was our favorite stay among many wonderful places on the Archipelago Trail. The sauna was FABULOUS, our host was sweet, and the cottage is a perfect taste of Finland.

We are very happy with the stay at this place. It’s conveniently located on the archipelago ring trail. The place was converted from a school house and the owner still keeps most of its original taste while upgrading with the modern amenities. Unlike many other accommodations we had on the trail, all beds are already made for us when we arrived! And there are even free snacks and oatmeal packs. All amenities provided are high quality ones. We also had our first private traditional sauna which is included in the stay. The owner is also very friendly and helpful while not intruding. They also have a friendly dog, our kids had fun playing with the dog.
