Excellent facilities and friendly staff

Fantastic location 5 minute walk from the train station, and very close to Petite France. Small room had everything we needed, including good air conditioning.

As always, the room is perfect. It is clean and comfortable and very good value for money. A highlight however is the staff. They have been more than helpful for anything that we needed (off-hour snacks, breakfast in the room etc) and this is much appreciated.

It’s perfectly located in the center of the historic island. The woman who runs it is really kind and helpful. The beds are SPECTACULAR! I love a softer cozy bed and they deliver that. The room was perfect for me, the bathroom clean , the water hot, and the window opens to catch some fresh air.

Compact and easy to find in the center of Strasbourg.Convenient parking if you come with car. Had amazing food at the bar restaurant watching the euro football match and luckily seeing the french celebrate their winning !!!

It’s location was near to the strasbourg train station. It is very convenient to travelers. It is lso near to tourist atteactions. The property have good facilities. It also has a restaurant.

Great value for the money, lovely spa area and nice, clean and comfortable room. Ca. 15 mins to the city center by tram. It’s located at a busy road but that didn’t bother us.

Great stay overall! The location was perfect and made everything very convenient. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, which really made a difference. The room was also very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had the best croissant of our trip through Germany, France, and Switzerland in the Ibis hotel in Strasbourg! The breakfast was crowded (like the town) but delicious. We took the train to the Christmas markets, and that was very easy. The staff here was welcoming, kind, and helpful. Our room was small but efficient.

Proximity to tram station, quiet neighborhood, pharmacy. The host is friendly and ready to answer questions It is fully well thought place where you can stay
