We loved staying here. The family was so so friendly and welcoming, we really got to enjoy Georgian hospitality.

You get uninstructed views of the snow capped mountains in the winter from every room. It was amazing to see the sunrise against the backdrop of pristine white snow covered mountains directly from the bed in my room. Apart from the amazing views, the hotel is very clean, comfortable and with good food. Would stay here again the next time I’m back in Gudauri

The highlight of the stay was the hot pool outside in the snow. Room was stylish and comfortable. Staff very kind. Nice activities of pool table, paid extra for bowling and it was fun. Breakfast was excellent.

This a new hotel and they really put effort in every detail of it. THE MOUNTAIN VIEW FROM THE ROOM WAS AMAZING.

We had an amazing stay at Gudauri Hills Apart Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days in the snow. The location is great and the view from the hotel is beautiful. A very special shout-out to Ramaz at the reception. He is highly professional, incredibly friendly, and genuinely one of the nicest people we met on our trip. He made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and was always happy to help with anything we needed. Ramaz truly made our stay even better. Highly recommended—we would definitely come back!

Huge room, clean and with amazing view

The apartment is in a great location with beautiful mountain views. Check-in was quick and easy, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and we really enjoyed our stay.

We had a really great stay at New Gudauri Twins Horizon. The apartment was clean, modern, and very cozy, with an amazing view of the mountains. The location was super convenient in New Gudauri, with easy access to ski lifts, restaurants, and shops nearby. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, and the host was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again

The location really nice. Sleep, wake up and have breakfast with a breathtaking view of the mountains! The staffs are really friendly especially the Hotel manager and the Restaurant manager. Highly recommended and will definitely be my 1st choice if i visit Gudauri again!

The atmosphere and very friendly host Make made our unplanned visit wonderful! Even though at the beginning we experienced troubles to find the Chalet the host pick us up, brought to the place, organized welcome drinks and fireplace. We were provided with the drive to the ski resort and from. Unfortunately we couldn’t stat longer but really enjoyed the experience of the Chalet.

The property was excellent and covering with snow fall. The wonderful service given by the hotel staff. Really we are overwhelmed to stay in these hotel.

The staff (Daria) is so helpful and friendly, All available in rooms like the kitchen with all the complete cooking set, washing machine, very close to ski resort..

Perfect location! Mountain view. You can cook in premises as they have cooking utensils. Lots of towels ready.

This place is ideally located near to the top attractions. include supermarket (SPAR), petrol pump, fast food and hilal restaurants. the cable car / chair lift was at 15 mins drive and Russia- Georgia monument at 18 mins drive. Nice view of mountains, cable car and main road from balcony and window. The host was exceptionally welcoming. The accommodation is well-equipped for a short stay, featuring a washing machine, gas oven, electric heater, fridge, crockery, and hot water.

I had a wonderful experience in the apartment's interior. It is well-equipped with essential amenities like a washing machine, stove, and heater. The balcony offers a stunning view, making it a lovely place to relax. The host was very responsive and accommodating, which I appreciated, especially since I booked and stayed on the same day. I also found the pictures to accurately represent the room. The location is quiet and peaceful, providing a great atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the blanket kept me warm despite the freezing snow weather. Overall, I had a great stay!

I like about this hotel is the receptionist Keti she is very accommodating she always smile even busy time she always find time to accommodate everyone. She is amazing she always have answers on you questions and have recommendations, will definitely recommend this place and already planing to go back.
