We stayed for two nights in April and had a truly wonderful time. The host gave us a warm and friendly welcome, including their smart dog “Roki” 😊 The hotel is located at the highest point in Mazeri village, offering a stunning view surrounded by five beautiful mountains. We even had the chance to try skiing right in front of the hotel! The room was lovely and clean, and the food was delicious. We loved the peaceful environment and had an amazing time with our family. We truly love this place and would highly recommend it.

Lia is an incredible host. Even with limited english, she can manage just fine. She's very helpful and the food is amazing. The guesthouse is in an amazing location for hiking and you can see the Ushba directly from the balcony.

Facility seems very new, and was super clean. The bed was comfortable, not too springy like many beds in Georgia. Nice bathroom! Cool shower capsule and euro-style towel warmer (always a cute curiosity for us Americans). Nice patio with lounge chairs.

Nice place with super host. Modest furniture, but good facilities. Good location for hike fans. Outstanding Svanetian cousin. Perfect view. Amazing host Richard, who can help you with any request. Richard is famous Norwegian writer who published several books on Christian church, Caucasian mountains and Svanetia. He fluently speaks Norwegian, Latvian, Russian, English and three more languages.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The cottage itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, but what truly made our stay unforgettable was the incredible views. A huge thank you Tea and Levan for making our stay so special—we will definitely be back!

Perfect location when hiking the transcaucasian trail...lovely guesthouse, lovely garden. The room was big and comfortable, very clean too and the hosts were super nice too! And the price is obviously very good! Food was excellent and abundant as well.

The view and the area are fantastic. You can see the entire Ushba mountain range from the house. There's a large meadow near the house, close to mineral water springs. The rooms are spacious. Very good breakfast.

The girl in the family was really nice and friendly and speaks solid English. Also a young ski champion from the family speaks good English. And also other members of the family were super nice. We did have awesome breakfasts included in the price and ordered dinner was also delicious.

As a person, who has a big experience visiting tourist locations I highly recommend this beautiful family hotel, it is at very good location, has nice and clean rooms and the perfect breakfast. Is affordable and really worth the value.

Breathtaking view, welcoming host, clean and spacious rooms, great service.

Good view and quite. Everything is good compared to the price, can’t expect more. I had breakfast, it cots 30 lazi, and it was big and delicious. 20’ walk from the main road, restaurant, cafe .

The room and toilet are very large,very well equipped,the balcony have a great view,clean and tidy.the staff are very nice,patient and helpful. The location is not near the bus station ,but the hotel offers transfer.its restaurants serves delicious breakfast and dinner.

Beautiful setting and new cabins with warm water that flows easily. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and prepared an incredible feast for me :)

The apartment is exactly as pictured. Fully stocked kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom and two bedrooms. Giorgi was very kind and helpful and willing to assist with anything needed while in town.

Very whimsical place, feels like a disney story would be set in. A lot of good handmade art all over the place.

Everything is perfect! Breakfast is very good.
