The hotel itself is beautiful, rooms are specious, the staff is super friendly and professional. The food was good, we really loved grilled meat options at The Snack Bar. We were surprised how relaxing and quite it was. We also loved The Movie Night at the Kids club, such a cute idea.

We stayed in the shared pool area and this was the best thing for us with a young child and teenager

The design of the room was very connivence and luxurious. Newly renovated. Highly recommended. Specially room #123 with pool access and direct access to the beach.

I liked everything about the place, and staff was perfect. Starting from the reception and pool staff. Especially Vasilis who is working at the restaurant who was super friendly! Food was great and everyday different. The beach was 2 minutes away, lovely and clean pool.

Pools are great! Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is helpful and kind. Very good value for the price.

The best choice ❤️ we were more than happy about our stay. We loved everything: - cleanliness; - flowers; - pool; - food is absolutely delicious especially at dinner. Breakfast also varied 😍 - staff - I've never seen such hardworking employees - thank you for your efforts 😊

The room was very clean and free breakfast and dinner was very reasonable! It is located in a great spot on the city and tour bus routes!

I think the price of the half board is perfectly balanced, offering comfortable accommodation with good food, a pool, and a beach. If I had chosen all-inclusive or paid 20 percent more, I wouldn't have been satisfied.

On arrival we were met by a competent receptionist. He welcomed us warmly. We were registered fast, explained all the ins and outs and shown the parking. Easy private parking part of hotel premises. The room was modern with comfy bed and all amenities. Also enjoyed the shampoo, soaps and lotion. Everything was spotless. Breakfast and diner were nice with large choise and plentiful. It was so nice having meals on the lovely sunny terrasse. The hotel is modern spotless and quiet. We just loved our stay there and hope to be back in the near future. Thanking the efficient staff.

Room was upgraded and was very big. The staff was helpful and accomodated all of our requests. Room was cleaned every day. But the biggest bonus for this hotel is their pools. There were plentiful of water activites for any age (our kid loved it and we found fun water slides for ourselves too).

What a lovely experience! We had an event for all the group members, and the guest relations staff fulfilled it flawlessly. Big "thank you". I do not have enough words to describe how friendly the staff was! Very good restaurants and bars, and we tried all of them :-)

We had a wonderful stay at this resort in Crete. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available every day. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. There are great areas for children, including designated zones and activities that are perfect for families. The resort is overall very family-friendly. The location is a bit remote, so having a car is recommended if you want to explore nearby areas or visit the beach. However, this also means the area is very quiet and peaceful, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The views from the resort are beautiful. The bar and restaurants were fantastic, offering delicious food and drinks in a great atmosphere. What really made the stay special was the staff – they were very well-trained, incredibly kind, and always available to help. No matter what you needed, they were quick to find a solution and make sure you felt taken care of. Overall, this is a great place for families or anyone looking for a quiet, high-quality getaway in Greece. Highly recommended!

We loved our three days here. The resort is beautifully designed and the pool garden just stunning. All the staff couldn't do enough to help us. Night entertainment was excellent. A small issue with the air con was quickly resolved. The food was always delicious. Worth every penny.

Had a fantastic time at this hotel. The staff really made our experience special - Lefteris at night reception was so helpful and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Adriana in the morning was wonderful too, starting our days off right with her friendly service. Achilles at the restaurant provided excellent service and made our meals memorable. The whole team clearly cares about their guests and it shows. Great hospitality all around - we'll definitely be back! Highly recommend this place.

Good location. Big suite with comfortable outside furniture, the inside couches is also comfy and you can sit there for hours. Good size of the pool. The restaurant is good and have a nice view, we ate dinner once there and we’re satisfied.

Exceptional service: very nice and friendly staff, open bar with a wide choice of soft beverages and alcohol, delicious food. Here I have to specify that the best 2 restaurants were Main Restaurant and Greek Tavern - here you could always find something special for any of your cravens as well as wide choice of fish and sea food which was cooked for you on grill. The first hotel, where they know how to do perfect eggs. Excellent pools and beach. Very clean rooms and all the facilities. Highly recommend this hotel!
