Amazing hotel in a fantastic location, within walking distance to everything — the port, beach, restaurants, and city center. I highly recommend the Deluxe Panorama Rooms — the views are stunning and the comfort is great. The staff were friendly, especially the room cleaner, who greeted us with a smile and positive vibes. Breakfast was also a pleasant surprise.

Excellent hotel and couldn’t fault the staff

The staff went above and beyond in every aspect. They were kind, gracious, and extremely helpful. The location on the beach within a quick walk to nearby stores, restaurants, and archeological sites was amazing. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable and I had an ocean balcony view that I could have spent all day staring at. It was beyond my expectations and a wonderful place to stay with a great staff and delicious food.

After a chaotic day of traveling, it was lovely to be met by an open door and a friendly, multilingual staff person who helped us get checked in and find a room. Also: great location.

We stayed in Achilleas for 7 nights. The view from the room was amazing. You can see the sunrise from the balcony. The room was clean and with everything we need. The owner was super friendly and helpful. Anyway, everything was great and we will definitely stay there again if we ever go back to Kos.

Very nice apartment, comfortable and spacious. Swimming pool is awesome, clean an great for chilling aside. Service is spectaculare.

Very spacious and comfy room for a short stay

It was much better than I expected for a 2 star hotel, wi fi very good and an exceptional breakfast.

It is perfectly located to the port if you stay for one night coming from airport on your way to the ferry. Everything in walking distance for a nice evening in the town of Kos.

The staff of the hotel from the cleaning lady to the reception very all nice, friendly, helpfull and easy to talk too if we have any questions. We fixed everything through them. The room was very nice and big. I requested a chair for my mom in the bathroom, they provided us with one. Every day we receive cleaning towels. If I can give them a 10 stars I would.

Absolutely recommend these apartments. Very clean, comfortable, it has everything needed for vacation. The host is really helpful and easy to cooperate.

Its a very large resort with many pools and lush gardens. Our room was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and efficient and although it was very busy we felt well taken care of. The kids enjoyed the pirate ship with the slides and also the water park which had some nice slides especially the mushroom one which our kids did not stop taken. Breakfast was plenty of options with all you can think of. Lunch had a nice buffet around the pool and the dinner at the Greek restaurant was very tasty. The animation team did a fantastic job with activities throughout the day and at night there was some Greek group dancing and singing at the Amphitheatre which gave a really nice touch to our holiday. The reception team was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us.

I loved the location, the friendliness of all the staff, my amazing room with a private balcony, the meals and the nightly entrainment. I love the availability of bikes on site. I used an electric bike all week to explore the island! I took an island tour and the bus pickup was at the resort front door.

The food was fantastic, and the staff was beyond nice and helpful. Everything is super clean, and the all-inclusive option is well worth the money. We even got a room upgrade, and the staff brought us a little cake and a bottle of champagne along with a nice little message to celebrate our honeymoon. All in all a fantastic stay we will surely remember forever :)

Property had some good entertainment and things to do for kids. Things seems to start getting out dated

The staff are so friendly and solution-oriented that they make you feel truly special. Everywhere is spotlessly clean, and the food is fresh and delicious every day. When we couldn’t get a taxi and urgently needed to catch the ferry, the lovely owner of your hotel, dear Matina, kindly drove us there herself. Many thanks to dear Matina and her team.🤍

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Panagiotis was there from first to last minute for us to make our holiday perfect. He arranged the best local restaurants and gave tips for best beaches. Also he made our car rental very easy by arranging it for us. It's a very close distance to the town. I would recommend renting a car to discover other areas too. Panagiotis you are the best.
