It s a gorgeous small hotel, charming design and greenery across the property. The room is spacious. Furnished with taste and elegance.

The studio was cozy, with a very comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchenette, and a wonderful balcony with a beautiful view. It was clean, and the host was very helpful. They gave us great recommendations and were very responsive.

The staff was very friendly, and the location and view of the ocean was beautiful.

What a dream stay we had at Leeda’s village. The location is off the beaten path, with a 5-7min walk to a local, quiet beach and a 10min walk to a minimart. The set up is pretty dreamy, with olive trees and sea views. However, you definitely need a car to get to other beaches and restaurants. We loved eating on site as especially dinners were top-notch. And finally, staff were super nice, helpful and really professional. Thank you team for our amazing holidays.

I really feel like I want to give this place 6 out of 5! Theresa, the owner, is just an amazing woman, and manages the studios so well. They are extremely clean, comfortable and have everything you need. All studios have sea view. The area is so peaceful. I was lucky enough to have my first few nights alone as it was the beginning of the season so spent some time listening to the local wildlife. If you never go anywhere else in Zakynthos you need to go here. Thanks Teresa for making it all so special.

The studios are small, comfortable and VERY clean. In terms of amenities you have all you need. One of the best quality to cost ratios. The location is great. Secluded from the noise while very close to the beach and restaurants. Nikos, the host, is amazing and absolutely goes the extra mile in maintaining this place and catering to your needs.

The location was very convenient and I loved having the beach bar and taverna so close to the room, I went to both many times during the week I was here. Having a pool was great also. The owner was so kind and helpful and made my stay very enjoyable! I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect, and George is a great host. We arrived earlier than expected, but George was very kind and allowed us to check in at 8:30 AM. The apartment is very spacious, modern, and comfortable. It has everything you could need, and it was very clean. Each room has its own AC and balcony, ensuring maximum comfort.

The villa is very pleasant to stay in. Spacious and comfortable. Very well equipped, end-to-end - comfortable sofas, excellent pool beds and furniture, clean dishes, great and comfortable kitchen, washing and laundry machine and lots more. The location on the mountain side allows for a beautiful view and breeze. The pool is large and very inviting and there is a lovely garden and trees all around. Excellent property! PERIOD!

I really loved the location. It is remote, between olive trees. It is Very quiet. It has a pretty big private yard and a nice swimming pool. I also loved the cootage house. Everybody is very polite and helpful.

This was our second stay at evylio houses and both stays have exceeded our expectations! We had the most relaxing time soaking in the gorgeous views in the infinity pool and also from our windows. The houses themselves were gorgeous and the grounds immaculate. The cleaning staff was so friendly and kind, and Thimotheos was responsive and great to correspond with. The beds were really comfortable and the rooms had so many great amenities. I really appreciate having some olive oil and spices in the room as well as a bottle of water.

The property is beautiful and it is just as it looks in photos. Inside and outside everything was just right for our group of 3 families with young kids. The location is great. Very close to Koulka beach, and not far from Keri beach and everything else we needed is a pretty easy drive. It’s worth driving further to some of the beaches on other parts of the island as well. The kitchen and grill at the house are well arranged so we could cook a few nights. It was very hot every day and the AC worked great! A huge plus! The host, Anna, is absolutely a gem. She brought us fresh eggs, tomatoes, wine, and freshened up our towels and laundry every day. She was available when we had questions, very responsive and fast. She even showed the kids some of her animals - bunnies and chickens and goats. She gave great local recommendations as well. We would come back in a heartbeat!

Just had the most amazing holiday in an amazing villa, the whole family enjoyed every moment from the stunning views from the villa to seeing and swimming with the turtles on Cameo Island and enjoying eating out as a family in the evenings. The weather was very hot but that beautiful pool and air con villa kept us cool. After a fantastic day out on a private hire boat for four hours, we managed to see even more of the surrounding caves and blue waters and for 165 euros for all of us was great value and much better than loaded onto supervised boat tours. With all that and the romantic surroundings of Cameo Island my son decided that evening was the ideal time to propose to his girlfriend for a magical memory they could remember forever. So all in all this is the best family holiday we could have wished for. We thank all of the villa staff for keeping everything spotless and the much appreciated little welcome gifts we had on arrival.

Great location, pool area is super clean, rooms are comfy, breakfast that was included is super fresh and tasty.

it’s beautifully decorated, inside and out away from the noisy street of Laganas access to the beach is easy and less crowded

The accommodation is very good. It was very clean, and exactly like the pictures. The staff is very nice. Mary helped us to rent a car, to book an excursion by boat, and to call a taxi to go to the airport. Yannis was also very helpful and nice. They were always available to answer our questions. The staff of the restaurant Sanpiero was also very nice, the breakfast was very good.

I left the first lodging because it was unsanitary. Booked here last minute and the welcoming and staff were incredible. Absolutely amazing experience, and highly recommend staying here!
