Staff, rooms, view, beach, and breakfast are excellent. Rooms are clean, staff are always smiling and helpful. Definitely we will stay there again. There is no need to search for an other option even on the island.

We had a wonderful stay in Lithí. The house was spotless, well-organized, and had everything we needed. The view was stunning, and we especially enjoyed spending time on the lovely balcony. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more pleasant. The village was just a short walk from the sea, and the beach was beautiful and relaxing. There was also a local restaurant and a small grocery store in the village center, which made everything very convenient. We would definitely recommend this place!

The location is in the village, 3 minutes by car to the sea, the roads are comfortable, there is no parking problem.

Nik (Owner's Husband) meet with us in the entrance of Lithi. He helped us to carry our heavy luggage. You should park your car along the entrance way of Lithi. In Chios, all villages have narrow ways. Therefore, you should park your car in a parking place and walk. The House have a sight of sea. You have everything in house what you need. It is good decorated. You think, the owner has been left house just a minute ago and you came in. House have tree air conditioner, two bathroom, a kitchen, a living room, tree room to sleep a garden. You can take your breakfast in camellia opposite to Aegean Sea. We liked our neighbors and village people to. They were very helpfully and friendly.

The property had everything we needed to be comfortable! Plenty of room, a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. The renovations are beautifully done.

As soon as we opened the door, we got the wow factor. The house is beautiful and full of character. Sitting on the balcony in the evenings, we experienced stunning sunsets. The village is an authentic mastic village, very peaceful and without any tourist shops. It's the perfect place to stay and we will definitely return.
