Close to, yet distant from everything

Beautiful hotel, superb room, excellent hearty breakfast and great location so close to all the sights. Waterfront a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Staff was exceptional especially Katrina & Argentina. Housekeeping ladies so pleasant and respectful.

We had the room with the sea view and it was just perfect to have our coffee there in the morning. The room was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. It was always easy to find parking by the church behind Vista del Mare. The neighbourhood is quiet yet it takes only 15 minutes walk to reach the town center. Communication with owner was good. Upon our arrival, I messaged them on booking and someone was there within 5 minutes to let us in. We would definitely go back to Vista del mare.

Very comfortable, modern apartment within walking distance of the old town and waterfront. It waa very quiet and we were able to find street parking right in front.

We loved this little hotel. So comfortable and in the center of everything but tucked away down one of the quieter streets. Extremely comfortable beds and sheets. Air conditioning worked well. TVs hidden behind mirrors was a cool trick that fascinated the kids, and thank you for Netflix. Overall just extremely charming and the coziest little retreat right in the middle of the old town.

Ms Eleni is a very nice host, she told us a lot of things about what we wanted to visit. We liked the hotel very much, it was very clean, the breakfast was more than ok, everything was just perfect..

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was perfect - from the beautiful rooms and ideal location to the attention to every little detail. But what truly made this hotel special was the incredible staff. Every single person was genuinely warm, helpful, and made us feel like family. Location, views, cleanness, hospitality

Our family of three thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay in this lovely hotel housed in an attractive traditional building. Our room was comfortable, clean, and tastefully furnished, the breakfast was ample, the staff was accommodating, and the location was superb. Wish we could have stayed longer!

An exceptional stay from start to finish. We received one of the warmest welcomes, with staff taking the time to sit down with us and recommend the best places in town on the map. Our room featured two balconies—one with a great view and the other wonderfully peaceful, giving us the best of both worlds. The breakfast was truly outstanding. Although there were around 12 guests, it would have been enough for 50. The variety and quality were impressive—you could wish for anything and it was there. If there were an option to rate this place an 11, I would definitely give it. Highly recommended!

We have only one word to describe this place – wow! We stayed as a family of six – two adults and four children (three of them teenagers) – and had a perfect vacation. There’s no doubt that the view, the villa, and the pool are absolutely stunning, but what truly won us over was the level of hospitality and the atmosphere of the place. It was very hard for us to leave and move on to our next destination. We’ve traveled a lot around the world, but we’ve never felt the kind of warm, welcoming atmosphere that the hosts created for us here. There’s no doubt that we’ll return in the future when we visit this part of Greece again.

Stunning location on side of a hill surrounded by Olive and orange trees - awesome views. Very quiet and private. Rooms with balconies were well furnished and comfortable. Enjoyed the quiet evening on our balcony with a wonderful bottle of local Greek Wine. Breakfast was very good with many choices. Service was excellent. Really enjoyed the young woman who checked us in and out… she was very professional and lovely to talk with..! Great overnight..!

The host was extremely helpful. All rooms are accessible to a manual wheelchair. ROOMS 1 and 6 are better suited as they have a ramp to the pool. My chair is 64 cm wide and i fit easily into the other rooms. It's great to finally have a hotel that is wheelchair friendly . Big thanks to the hosts

Friendly staff. Tried hard to please the customers Very good breakfast. Pool was clean and well maintained. Parking (free) adjacent to the property Location excellent- next to the beach ( pebbles & black sand). Beach water was very clean/ transparent. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Nice (2) and affordable restaurants near property Hotel offers food also ( has full kitchen).

I have nothing bad to say about this place. Katerina is a wonderful and very hospitable persons. The staff, Ms. Addy, I hope to get her name right, is always available for anything you need. The place is amazing if you are looking to be outside of Nafplio where there is quiet.

Fully refurbished, clean with all facilities expected from a good 4 star hotel. Conveniently located in the new town but close to the old one, so had the best of both.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The room exceeded expectations and the breakfast was truly exceptional. The staff were SO NICE and helpful with everything. We'd stay here again without any hesitation.

Very comfortable and totally new.

Staff was 12/10. Kind and helpful and let us use their phone when our credit card got blocked. They offered extra toiletries and pillows as well and even though they were very busy, always made time for chats. We loved our stay and would definitely come back.
