A great experience to stay in this amazing place and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and the islands, as well as the interior and exterior of this modern hotel. The welcome and hospitality were above and beyond, the food was excellent, the proximity to the beach, the cleanliness, in short, everything.

Excellent facilities, very well organized and clean. 4 minutes walk from the beach, which is one of the best in the area. The staff is very helpful and polite. One of the best family resorts I have ever visited. Thank you!

The Hotel is situated on a very nice hill very near to the sea, covered by green and a beautiful sea view and gorgeous sunset. The staff is very helpful and ready to make your stay a real dream.

Marina, the owner, is extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well located both close to the beach but also very quiet and peaceful. Great for relaxing and sleeping. You can hear the birds and wildlife from the hills covered with thick vegetation just behind the rooms. Plenty of spot for parking, air conditioning just fine and spacious garden to relax during the sun pick hours.

Simply wonderful! Impeccably clean! Excellent view from the studios and from the pool. The owner, Soulla was there for all our needs and gave us great tips for restaurants and beaches. The village, Perdika is charming and lively, without the crowds of tourists present in other, more known places. Also very close to beautiful beaches.

The room was nice and big, with all the necessary things to cook your own food. The pool was really nice and clean. The sunset from the hotel was top notch. <3 The hotel staff was friendly. The room was cleaned every day. Perdika city center is within walking distance from the hotel.

Everything! The view is spectacular and so worth driving up the hill. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. Both rooms have AC, beds are comfortable. Nice patio in front with table and chairs and we had a garden bed swing. There are two small beaches near by, walking distance 20min but better to go by car as the road is very steep. Location is perfect if you want to explore other beaches every day as we did. Beach Karavostasi was perfect, almost like Lefkada beaches: cristal clear, tourquise water, sand and small pebbles beach, with bars. If you go there ask for prices before as some are free only to buy drinks. A few beaches in Sivota as well but smaller. Thanks to @joanaapartments that canceled our stay last minute we discovered this gem. If you want peaceful stay, surrounded by beautiful nature and beaches this is the best chiose

The accomodation was amazing. The hosts were very friendly and broughts us homemade pies every morning. The pool had the perfect size and is perfectly located to face the sunset. The room is very spacious and felt like a home.

We had a wonderful stay at 3 Aktes in Syvota. The hotel was peaceful and quiet, making it the perfect place to relax. The views were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed waking up to such beautiful scenery every day. Our room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. Everything was well maintained, and we felt at home from the moment we arrived. What really made our stay special was the owner. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always available whenever we needed anything. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. As a lovely gesture, she even gave us a gift when we left, which was such a thoughtful touch. We highly recommend 3 Aktes to anyone visiting Syvota. If you're looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable place with amazing views and exceptional hospitality, this is the perfect choice. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice place. Facilities are brand new. Good pool and right on the beach. The water is crystal clear. The town of Syvota is 5 minutes away by car. The staff is very nice and always smiling. I highly recommend this hotel.

The perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. The property is beautifully surrounded by trees, flowers or bushes, providing a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being just a short walk away from the crystal-clear Ionian Sea. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay.

The breakfast was very tasty, the pool is beautiful, we had heavy rain in our vacation so could not use it. There are a lot of good restaurants in walking distabce

The pool area and views are what make this hotel extremely special and are why I would stay again, I could have happily spent every day there sunbathing with my book. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good aircon, a small fridge and a comfy bed. The balcony was nice for sunrise and sunset. The staff were all very friendly and made the visit extra special — thank you.
