Квартира розташована на другому поверсі будинку і має окремий вхід. Перед входом є величезний балкон з обіднім столом. Вид на гори відмінний, багато зелені і ластівок. Місце розташоване в затишному провулку за 100 метрів від центральної вулиці з ресторанами; завдяки горбистій місцевості і кам'яних будинків шуму від центральної вулиці взагалі не чути хоча вона зовсім поруч. Припаркувати авто можна одразу ж під вікнами. Катерина і Йоргус дуже привітні і можна завжди до них подзвонити. Вони також мають бар Оазис одразу ж тут на головній вулиці. Квартира має все необхідне кухонне начиння, кондиціонери (хоча ми були на початку сезону і вони майже не знадобилися). Через день приходить жіночка і приносить свіжу білизну. Містечко спокійне і невеличке, недалеко є пляжі, на авто 5-6 хв, але тільки на авто, не намагайтесь туди ходити пішки. Для спокійного і неквапливого відпочинку це одне з найкращих місць в Епірі Ми дуже рекомендуємо це місце і намагатимемося повернутися сюди знову. Дякуємо за гостинність

We travel extensively and have enjoyed countless wonderful places to stay, but none compare to this—it is by far the best experience we’ve ever had. First of all, the comfort is exceptional, both inside the apartment and on the terrace. It’s the perfect hideaway from the summer heat, wonderfully quiet, and we truly rested—we slept like babies. The location is ideal for exploring the entire Ionian coast, from Igoumenitsa down to Preveza. And without a doubt, Perdika offers the most beautiful sunset in the entire Epirus region—every evening felt magical. The amenities that awaited us exceeded all expectations. The hosts had thought of every single detail. We laughed because, honestly, we didn’t need to bring anything apart from the basics—just clothes for swimming and sleeping. 😁 Diana and her mom showed us genuine Greek hospitality that we felt in every moment, and we are deeply grateful for it. Everything we needed was nearby—shops, restaurants, a doctor, markets, and a butcher. Compared to all the surrounding areas, Perdika has the best air and temperature, with a constant refreshing summer breeze. We love animals, and there were so many around us here—not only the beautiful domestic cats and dogs, but also dozens of foxes, turtles (we even rescued one from the road), eagles, seagulls, horses, and donkeys. People are friendly and gentle, and most of them speak English very well. Our hosts even left us their homemade organic eggs and vegetables, as well as delicious homemade tsipouro, liqueur, and marmalade. It was an amazing, authentic Greek bio-organic experience! Finally, I must mention that the interior of the house was both stunning and, at the same time, cozy and minimalistic. We will come back for sure!

Very nice, very clean, host was very helpful and always available to help us. Pool was also very clean, there is parking right on the property. This was one of the greatest booking from Greece.

Simply wonderful! Impeccably clean! Excellent view from the studios and from the pool. The owner, Soulla was there for all our needs and gave us great tips for restaurants and beaches. The village, Perdika is charming and lively, without the crowds of tourists present in other, more known places. Also very close to beautiful beaches.

The room was nice and big, with all the necessary things to cook your own food. The pool was really nice and clean. The sunset from the hotel was top notch. <3 The hotel staff was friendly. The room was cleaned every day. Perdika city center is within walking distance from the hotel.

The accomodation was amazing. The hosts were very friendly and broughts us homemade pies every morning. The pool had the perfect size and is perfectly located to face the sunset. The room is very spacious and felt like a home.

The Hotel is situated on a very nice hill very near to the sea, covered by green and a beautiful sea view and gorgeous sunset. The staff is very helpful and ready to make your stay a real dream.

Very nice place. Facilities are brand new. Good pool and right on the beach. The water is crystal clear. The town of Syvota is 5 minutes away by car. The staff is very nice and always smiling. I highly recommend this hotel.

A great experience to stay in this amazing place and enjoy the breathtaking views of the sea and the islands, as well as the interior and exterior of this modern hotel. The perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. The property is beautifully surrounded by trees, flowers or bushes, providing a wonderful sense of privacy, while still being just a short walk away from the crystal-clear Ionian Sea. The hospitality was exceptional, and the staff were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay.

The breakfast was very tasty, the pool is beautiful, we had heavy rain in our vacation so could not use it. There are a lot of good restaurants in walking distabce

The pool area and views are what make this hotel extremely special and are why I would stay again, I could have happily spent every day there sunbathing with my book. The room was very comfortable and spacious with good aircon, a small fridge and a comfy bed. The balcony was nice for sunrise and sunset. The staff were all very friendly and made the visit extra special — thank you.
