Family hotels and homes in Zagreb

I strongly recomand this Hotel. Hotel is 5 or 6 floors and has elevator. We were several times in Zagreb, but this Hotel was the best for a lot of reasons. Hotel is near center (square) 5-10 minutes walking. You will park your car in garage and everything is near Hotel. It has own private parking (free of charge) open garage. When we arrived they said that they reservate the parking number 14 for us (becouse we traveled by car). We reservated a standard room, but the hotel gived us a room which was like presidential room. The workers (recepcion, kitchen, loby) was wery kind. They helped us about parking, or in kitchen when we asked for more explaination. The breakfast was more then expected. You have everything (soft drinks, milk, springled water, different caffe, cakes, even champain), a lot of fruits, diferent meets etc. For that money, we couldn’t find many times in outside of Zagreb (10km). Rooms are wery clean and you have everything and they definitly deserve 5 stars for they rooms.

The staff was kind and helpful. There is a close tennis club that you can rent a court and rackets.

Elegant and modern hotel. Located in a business quiet area, approximately 25 minutes walk to the main square or by tram No 13. The stop is in the main street in front of the hotel, as well as the bus stop for transfer from/to the airport, which is very convenient. The staff is extremely kind and helpful and the services very fast and efficient. The room is very spacious, warm and clean, beds very comfortable.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was beautiful, with many facilities and amenities available. The price was also very affordable, making it an excellent value for money.

Everything at the hotel was great - from check in all the way to the check out. Staff is very helpful and welcoming.

The hotel is really nice. The rooms are very well thought through, the breakfast is great, they have a bar downstairs with very good gin tonic and there is a very nice restaurant as well. On top of everything there is free parking. Margareta from the reception was super friendly and helped us with expectations for breakfast :) While the place is a bit far from the city, you can reach a tram stop in about 10 min walk and then you are 30 min on the tram to reach the center. Overall not that bad, we did take an uber back from the city and paid under 5 EUR for the ride.

Everything was great, staff was the best part of it

An excellent hotel, located 15 minutes by car from the city centre. It was clean, tidy, with new and stylish furniture and super modern facilities. The rooms have everything you need for a pleasant stay. The staff was always friendly with a smile on their face, both during check-in and check-out (and our check-out was very early in the morning :) ), the rooms were cleaned everyday throughout our stay. It's also super nice that you can have freshly-made eggs during breakfast. I highly recommend, both for long-term and short-term trips to Zagreb. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Good price and near in the tram.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Zagreb! Everything felt brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The amenities were top-notch and made our stay extra comfortable. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff, probably the best we’ve ever encountered. Every single person went above and beyond with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. They made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived until the moment we left.

One of the best hotel staff and service we have ever experienced! Location is also very good, close to the main square and only 10 minutes by Bolt (4-5 Euros) to the bus station. Very clean and stylish. Really swanky! Breakfast is also good 👍

I stayed one night at Hotel Tomislavov Dom and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very friendly and kind, making sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautifully located in a picturesque forest, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I especially appreciated that the pool was available to use even after check-out—such a great bonus! I wish I could have stayed longer to fully enjoy everything this lovely place has to offer.

Sve je bilo i više nego odlično. Matej je izvrstan domaćin. Sve je jako lijepo uređeno, čisto je i uredno. Ukoliko budem u mogućnosti definitivno se vraćam opet. Bravo za Top Hill, sve moje preporuke.

location, all nice, great restaurant

The staff was very nice and helpful, the hotel is very clean, the breakfast great and we add also amazing dinner that was part of an autumn deal in the hotel that included also massage. In conclusion, everything was perfect!

The hostel is very near to Zagreb main square, rooms and toilets were clean , I would recommend this hostel for Solo traveller

Cleanliness was something that blew my mind. Probably the cleanest rooms and facilities I have ever stayed at. In the room everything was working, nothing broken or forgotten about so all in all amazing two nights stay. Breakfast was nice, and most importantly fresh. Not the best for 4* hotel but in the category of very nice breakfasts.

The service was exceptional. The best breakfast we have had in quite a while. Unbeatable location at Zagreb. Clean, modern and comfortable hotel.
