The view was good. Outdoor sitting all over was great Housekeeping is amazing They have great promotions everyday but they are gone unnoticed sometimes. Zulfikar at the pool area, Devi at the reception was very helpful

A fantastic hotel to stay in if you're doing business in BSD. We were recommended it by a local before leaving Sydney and stayed in February. It's within walking distance to shops and health business centres. Our rooms were so spacious and comfortable and on arrival, there was a delicious cake and fruit waiting. The bathroom was enormous (Queen suite) and the room had a coffee pod machine. We loved the breakfast variety and the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially Fauzi, who greeted us at the door each time we returned. I can highly recommend this hotel for a great stay.

Very comfortable place to stay. Feel they renovated the rooms and be much better than before. Good quality breakfast options. Love to be here everytime back to Indonesia.

It was near the Aeon Mall (walking distance). Near the ICE center where we needed to go. The checkin instructions were clear and smooth. Very helpful instructions. Responsive in some of our questions and had waited for us to arrive at the apartment to ensure we got in without a problem.

It was a very nice experience staying here. The room was clean and very pretty. The bed is clean and comfortable (pillow is great!). It's just need more channel on the TV.

Very good service since our arrival with strong service mind and warm welcome of staff. They provide great support and recommendation upon request. Breakfast was variety and the room itself was very convenient and cozy at the same time. The Library is a must and good spot to be. The Hotel offers a short approximate to the Shopping Centers and ICE if you are for the exhibition/ conference.

This hotel surprised us in a good way. The room may be simple, but it was maintained well and felt cozy enough for two people. The bed was nice, the bathroom was clean. We would definitely consider staying again

Breakfast could be slightly better with some fresh vegetables included, otherwise it is sufficient.

EVERYTHING! From the lobby, reception, the staff, the room, the cleanliness of the room, the facilities, the therapist for reflexy, the bed, the size of the room, the breakfast, the mini bar, and I could go on forever
