Love this room and the wooden flooring. Huge, spacious, and I can see the sea from my room. Excellent.

The scenery and environment. The villa is nice and clean, this includes the toilets. The staffs are very friendly and easy to ask for some activity arrangement.

The place is great for families to rest and relax.

The property does recommend massage, fireworks, inhouse massage.

Victor is very friendly, communication is quick and with ease. Our first group was entertained by the large pool table and nintendo switch . Will come again for sure next time!

Our stay was wonderful. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed (AC, Fridge, Microwave and good Wi-Fi). The host Mr Patrick was super friendly and provided great service with all the detailed information on the check in procedure. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is excellent, offering quick access to eateries and transport. It's just next to the Batam Centre ferry terminal. The pool and gym are top-notch. The only drawback we had was a minor issue with a blackout in the middle of the night and it took a few minutes to fix as the Management is quick to respond and fixed the issue immediately even though it was in the middle of the night...and overall, we felt like home. We definitely will come back again for our 3rd stay !  Highly recommended for a convenient, cozy place to stay for a family short vacation. 👍

Facitilies and accomadation is excellent. Juz nice for small families. Should have bigger apartment for bigger families too. Staff is also friendly. 😊😊 Only problem is the WIFI. Not getting any connection of wifi at apartment. Had to use own internet. 😒😒

The hotel is located just beside the Harbor center and has a nice view. The room was calm and well illuminated with a drinking water dispenser located very near. The equipments work well and the staff is friendly.
