Breakfast and all meals were wonderful!!! Aside from the beauty of the dining room, the variety of foods served for breakfast was great! Excellent service, and reception from staff members.

The breakfast improved since June, but there is still a place for the improvements.

The facilities are wonderful, lovely gym, and pool. Beautiful spa area too. Breakfast with a lot of different options

It was a pleasure to savor such quality meals during my stay. In terms of facilities, the hotel did not disappoint. The gym is well-equipped, which made it easy to stay active. I also took advantage of the spa services, providing a great way to relax, and the pool area was a nice spot to unwind. Overall, my stay at the Crowne Plaza Haifa was very positive. The combination of a great location, friendly staff, excellent food, and quality amenities makes this hotel a solid choice for visitors to Haifa. Everything, amazing view, great staff, great friendly manager, great prices. Best accommodations, great parking. Restaurant in the hotel, great room service. Everything here is fantastic and highly recommended!!

it is really big and clean, the balcony has a dreat view

My husband and I went to Haifa for a Baha’i pilgrimage. The location of the hotel was ideal with great restaurants nearby. The complimentary breakfast at the hotel was varied and delicious. There is a wonderful rooftop space to relax with tea and view the city. Especially nice at night. The staff members were all so helpful and efficient. It’s a great value and I will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

Extremely clean, nice location, everything needed, communicative hosts

Very basic accommodation with no frills. Considering the generally high prices in Israel, the price was reasonable. The room was clean, with a fairly comfortable bed, and clean toilet and shower facilities. An espresso machine with two capsules, sugar, and two cookies was provided. Self check-in was easy and convenient, with access to the building and room via a code sent shortly before arrival. The hotel is centrally located in a renovated building. A practical option for a short stay.

A perfect stay in Haifa, newly renovated rooms, very quiet which is extraordinarily good for this central location, and a helpful host that was in touch all the time. A five star experience

10’min walk to Bahai Gardens, and nice terrace

This new apartment had a big living room and two bedrooms, much spacious than a regular hotel room. Our family really enjoyed the beautiful sea view and had a good time there. We hope that we can stay there again in the future : )

Everything during our stay was great... our host was super helpful and understanding we had an issue with the car and needed a last-minute checkout, and he was able to help us with that.

absolutely amazing place! The apartment is stunning — sparkling clean, beautifully designed, and everything is brand new. It truly feels like a dream home, and the reality is even better than the photos The large, well-maintained garden and the big heated pool (31°C!) were an incredible bonus. The cozy enclosed sun balcony made the winter stay warm and enjoyable The host was exceptional — so kind and thoughtful. He personally came to check on us and surprised us with wine and chocolate, which made us feel truly welcomed and cared for The location couldn’t be better: just a short walk from everything in Downtown, yet peaceful and relaxing Everything about this stay was perfect. We will absolutely be back, next time with our children — there is much more space than described. Highly, highly recommended
